01. • What is the minimum order quantity (MoQ)?
The minimum order quantity depends on the product. For rebar the MoQ is 10 tons; for wire processing (normal nails, roofing nails, mesh wire, barbed wire, binding wire and galvanized wire) 5000 kg collectively.
We need information about company name, TIN, Quantity demanded, address, formal purchase order, the product type, quantity, delivery location, and payment terms.

o Our products are dispatched directly from our main production facilities. Rebars, wire rods, carton products, and gases are loaded from the Bishoftu site, while nail products are loaded from the Jacros–Addis Ababa site. Other wire-processed products can be loaded from either the Jacros–Addis Ababa or Bishoftu facilities, depending on operational requirements. The company maintains dedicated loading facilities at all sites and assumes responsibility for the costs associated with loading the products.

To collect your order, please present a payment receipt from our Finance or Sales department. Ensure your products are pre-scheduled for transport and, for bulk items like rebars or mesh wire, guarantee clear truck access and onsite lifting assistance.
Steely RMI PLC accepts payment exclusively through account-to-account bank transfers. Payments must be made within the validity period of the performa invoice or based on confirmation from the company’s finance or sales department. This ensures that the order is processed promptly and securely.
